Waking up to a white city is magical! Of course it's nothing compared to the amount of snow I saw during my layover in Calgary...

Made some yummy stuff :)

Spent lots of time cuddling my cat and bought new boots (very lucky to find comfortable ones on sale right away - because the soles of my only pair of boots broke on my way home from Vancouver!)

Spent cozy evenings with my family drinking tea and knitting.

Tried to take a Christmas portrait of my cat... he wasn't very happy about it.

Had lots of tasty food!

Completed a 1000 piece jigsaw - with the help of family and friends. And packed an entire suitcase filled with food. No more craving European food all the time :)
Haha, love the toffifee! When I found out they sold it in the States, I ate myself silly for a while, because I love toffifee and because I don't like American chocolate. Now I've had enough toffifee for a lifetime.
ReplyDeleteCan't wait to go home this year and pack my suitcase full of European food to take back to the States...
Wow, that's a lot of Schokomilchriegel!:D
ReplyDeleteAlthough I must admit, they are awfully tasty ;)
the food in north america is just so different from european food... even german candy here doesn't taste as good as when you buy it in germany :( thank god sending packages from europe is cheap :D
